1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the Rajtek 24 platform and you ("you/your"). By accessing or using the Rajtek 24 website, mobile app, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Rajtek 24 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you via email or an on-platform notification before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• These Terms & Conditions apply in both Bengali and English.
• In the event of any conflict between the two language versions, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

To register an account on Rajtek 24, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incomplete details may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• Each person may register only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with any other person.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3 Age Verification & KYC

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Rajtek 24. We follow the Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify your age.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, or when requested by Rajtek 24, you will be required to provide one of the following identity documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Registration Certificate (in specific cases)

Rajtek 24 reserves the right to hold withdrawals or restrict accounts if KYC verification is not completed. All submitted documents are stored securely and kept strictly confidential.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on Rajtek 24 are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other local payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Maximum single withdrawal limit: ৳5,00,000.
• Withdrawals on standard accounts are processed within 24 hours.
• VIP members' withdrawals are processed in as little as 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus and promotion offers on Rajtek 24 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you automatically agree to the terms applicable to that bonus.

• The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the bonus page.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it will be converted to real balance only once the wagering requirement has been met.
• The same promotion cannot be used more than once unless otherwise stated in the terms.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fake or multiple accounts will result in permanent account suspension.
• Rajtek 24 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Rajtek 24. Violating these Terms & Conditions may result in bet cancellation and account suspension.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Rajtek 24 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Pre-match bets must be placed before the match or event begins.
• In live betting, odds change in real time — bets accepted with a delay will be settled at the updated odds.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, stakes on the affected bets will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding scores or results, Rajtek 24's decision shall be final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Rajtek 24 platform. Any user found in violation of these Terms will face account closure and possible legal action.

• Involvement in match-fixing or any corrupt activities.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Operating multiple accounts using false identities.
• Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Rajtek 24 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason — including but not limited to the following:

• Violating these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• If suspicious transactions or signs of fraudulent activity are detected.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned; however, funds associated with bonuses may be forfeited. You may also request to close your own account at any time.

9 Responsible Gaming

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly on your account.

11 Dispute Resolution
